Safehaven has established structures for crew engagement and remuneration. In conjunction with its banking services, crew may be employed and paid through bespoke arrangements.

Safehaven will assist, where appropriate, with the sourcing of captains and crew and, in conjunction with its compliance department, ensures that they hold the appropriate qualifications for the safe and proper navigation of the company's vessel.
